    Purchased an item from this seller and had it agreed that the item will be a pallet collection. The order was cancelled on the day of collection for no reason. When my driver arrived for collection, seller refused to proceed with the sale, knowing that i had already paid for collection. Seller agreed to cover the cost of my expense, however has not done so. This seller is very rude, unprofessional, unreliable and bad at communication. The worst seller i have come across on eBay! Don't trust him!
