The condition was almost perfect, it was very clean on arrival and 1 cosmetic crack but this didn’t affect the use of it at all. It came with a bottle of vax solution too which I was really pleased about and all the tools looked brand new and unused. I can’t recommend this enough, for the price I paid I am extremely impressed. Thank you so much!

Used it on puppy’s accident, definitely has a good water suction, but carpets not as dry as my upright that had heat drying capabilities. But it was so heavy I hated lifting it upstairs. This is so much more portable, should have brought one soon.

Crevice tool has gunk (emulsion paint looking waxy residue stuck inside). Looks a constant in used machine in a car wash etc. So well used, base not level, if there were rubber feet in the four circular inset, they are no long there. Ran the machine and got ride of the fluff. Cannot get rid of the gunk in the crevice tool. Looks like it has got through a tough life. NOT worth the saving, get a new one with solution. YMMV
