      New Favorite Canned Protein

      Now my favorite canned protein to add to various dishes that I can prepare with in stock items. The salmon was very good (I thoroughly rinse all canned foods, except tomatoes, so they taste fresher). Any bones were so soft as to be barely noticeable. Good healthy protein.

      Fresh salmon just preferred less liquid whole not flaked&no bones ... I had this salmon before&it was whole&no bones! But it was good to enjoy just took longer to cook bcuz too much liquid/flaked!

      It is a very good quality product, and I would recommend it on that basis.However I do not notice a difference between it and other very good brands of canned salmon that sell for less.
