    I think this seller rests on their good reviews & if anything out of the ordinary happens they wash their hands of you. Postage was free, however I was left a card by Royal Mail to collect parcel and pay £3.50. EBay have advised if this happens - do no collect the parcel, the seller refused to even pay half of the extra postage and said it’s never happened to anyone before so basically insinuated I was lying, even with all the photos of the envelope & rece I sent. Terrible customer service.

    Asked to see card with charges from Royal Mail, customer unable to provide. I fully looked into this. Customer was only able to show a picture of a sticker that did not look vaild. Also contacted Royal Mail directly who told me they had been no charge on the item or card left.
