    I don't want to affect the seller's ratings and the experience was overall positive but the picture arrived with the glass smashed. It had been poorly packaged with one layer of bubble wrap and thin protective stuff in just a large envelope. Some cardboard reinforcement would have been better. I was originally going to return it, which the seller kindly agreed to, but as I can buy a perspex replacement cheaply I've decided to keep the picture.
