Worked well on my rug and stairs, not so great on my sofa (it could be the material of the sofa) but I just felt it left water marks/stains/lines. The condition of the product was great, it was brand new. Was made aware the packaging was a little damaged but it wasn’t. For the price I paid it’s totally worth it and better than the full RRP price was much better to buy through VAX outlet. Looks slightly bulky but no issues with storage.

Very easy to use with good instructions and comes with 2 scrubber heads. It is compact and easy to store, but still powerful. It was delivered very fast and was in brand new in the box condition. I absolutely recommend this seller and will definitely use again in the future so if you need a new carpet cleaner this is the place to go honest reliable and friendly seller not many of them about anymore so absolutely recommend.
