After contacting the seller about the overcharge shipping ; I was told that shipping costs are determined by eBay and could vary from $ 8.70 to $ 11.95 . When I went to checkout ; the shipping cost was $ 9.70 ; but when I went to my paypal the shipping cost had gone to $ 11.95 . Getting pencil whipped for $ 2.25 is insignificant , but will not use again .

    What can be said? Ebay controls the shipping rates when we purchase the label. Every year we get a few of this type who evidently belong to the demo party. So - he gets put on our no fly list. Life is too short.
