In pics it shows 2-prong plug, so I asked whether it’d come with UK plug & the seller kindly responded VERY quickly & verified it WOULD have 3-pin 240v adapter – so GREAT coms. My only niggle is that no instructions for how OFTEN to use & what various modes are FOR. Eg,various brightness levels and a couple of flashing modes. So am ‘trying’ 20 mins(ish) every couple of days, so as not to overdo it.Whether it’ll work for hair RE-growth, only time will tell. Great seller😀

I suppose I'm expected to do that, but how? I'm not sure. I expected it ready to use. Also, the handles are parallel to fit into the packaging. They are too close to the blade to be safe to handle. To get them to the correct position, I will have to bend the metal out, risking snapping. Curious, and a little disappointing.
