    The item came as described was packaged pretty good book was in good shape, just as the description described. I tried to contact seller twice and never got a response other then that the transaction went pretty good if seller tried harder to answer questions i would have given a 5 star review but because i had trouble getting in contact with him, and still haven’t heard from them and book is already delivered ill leave a 4 star review i would recommend this seller

    Good ‘Old School’ manual but very weak on diagnostics

    This manual is great if you like state of the art ‘old school’ repair/maintenance reference materials. I feel it’s trouble shooting or diagnostics info is marginal at best. The first thing I looked up was cruise control for my ‘01 Tacoma. It suggested three basic visual checks after which it recommended taking taking it to a dealer. Hello Haynes - why do you think I bought your book? I suppose this is a good reference if you need a decent guide for minor and major mechanical tasks or if you’ve got a Gen 1 truck that decided to completely overhaul/rebuild.
