    This seller had a card posted Buy it Now with a Best Offer for a long while. He didn't get what he wanted, so he posted it as a bid auction. I was the only bidder, so again he didn't get what he wanted. He created a shipping label, but never shipped the card. He blamed USPS for not updating the tracking. He was eager to make the refund. It doesn't take two weeks for mail from Tennessee to go to Pennsylvania and not be scanned somewhere along that trip. I recommend not using this seller !
