    Seller used Evri as a courier despite them having the worst reputation in the world. Took 9 days to arrive, and the courier squashed it and shoved it through my letterbox without knocking (I was in and waiting) despite the parcel being clearly marked "Fragile", "Handle With Care", "This Way Up". Bit disappointing that inside the parcel was a bunch of single use plastics when other, environmentally friendly options are available.

    I try my best to pack plant. and marked and all label sticker, fragile sticker /tape packed wellwritten in box live plantup side / written on boxdown side written on box.packed well and safe in cardboard tube. I post and dispatched 100s plant same way and arived safely. but for this order post man press box and stick in buyer letterbox, which is not my fault. also buyer not mantion any where. plant arive damadge, etc.still left very bad feedback. for somone else fault.please remove
