The back piece of the lumbar support attachment had bent so it was extremely difficult to attach to the chair. Now that it’s on, it’s never coming off. If it wasn’t for the packing, item would be fine.Reply from: golombmi- Feedback replied to by seller golombmi.- Feedback replied to by seller golombmi.The box was a perfect fit as we ship 100s of these and we don't want it to rattle around in shipping. The part is meant to be curved as that is how it is designed to mimic the back of the chair. We always want our customers to be happy and if it was broken in shipping we would be happy to replace it. This part is difficult to put on the chair normally as it has tension on it when installed so it is not the bend in the piece as it would snap if damaged.

Shipping materials could have been better, one of the wheels of the chair was poking through the cardboard box and had some scuffs. However, I was able to remove those and there was no damage so it was not a huge problem. I am grateful to be able to purchase this item at a fraction of the cost of buying it new, it's better for my budget and the environment. Overall very happy and would recommend this seller. Thank you!
