I would question their listings in the future. I do give them 95% positive rating, it might have come to them like that.     Works great

    Have had several different brands over the years with to many buttons and to many settings......love .the sunbeam its simple set HI MED LOW setting on collar..2 buttons on transmitter warning beep. Or shock. no more oh s__ts mash wrong button or wrong dog or setting not right...just simple and works GREAT

    I've only used the correction button once & the warning button about 4 times. Now all she needs is to see anything that looks like the remote & listen

    I HATE to use this on any animal but decided to get it for my 1+ PitMix because she was NOT listening. I zapped her (on med because she is 45 lbs) and now all I have to do is show her anything black that looks like the hand control and she returns to me right away. I've since lowered it to LOW When outside, she now has the freedom to really run around our property and always comes back when called. When we first adopted her, when playing, she would growl and snarl as if she was going to attack but never did. She would grab your hand in her mouth but never bite down. She hasn't done that since we started using the trainer. I still put her on a cable at night because she is jet balck and I can't see where is running.

    Collar keeps turning off?

    When this item works it provides the dog great feedback. It seems to turn off all on it's own though. I'm not sure if it loses connection and simply "times out" or what the problem might be. I keep putting it on tighter and tighter but it's very tight on my dog already.

    Good basic trainer

    Collar needs to be snug , and just so you know, the collar and remotes turn themselves off after about 2 hours, so if you're not paying attention, they are not going to work .tone only works great on my female, my male needs a tweak occasionally when he gets too close to the border , or barks too much.directions say 2 seconds to turn on or off , it's more like 8-10 seconds

    Seems good, but not ready when you need it!

    Seems well made and works, but keeps turning its self off. You have to push and hold it until it beeps again. (on both the dog's collar and remote!) So it is not working when you need it. Dumb design.
