    I have already contacted seller. They said that I cancelled the order. I DID NOT. Out of the blue, THEY cancelled the order. When I asked why, they said that the shipping address was "unverifiable." Been using same shipping address in eBay for 20 years, and nobody else has had a problem. Boo.

    The postal service indicated that the address couldn’t be verified or that some information was missing. Before proceeding with a return, I decided to cancel the order and double-check the address. Unfortunately, the postal service refused to accept the package, which is an issue beyond our control.     The mixer came in parts as shown but the small parts (screws) were not secured in a separate baggie. There was little packaging or padding. The box was barely taped together with gaps that the small parts could fall out. It’s a shame because this mixer is fixable but shipped out very haphazardly
