      For anyone information, the speaker was shipped on August 6th via economy post Greece to US. August is a challenging month for shipments, as many employees are on vacation & carriers often operate slowly. I have been in communication with the customer and am actively assisting him with his order. The shipment was delayed in customs for one week, not a month, and now its in his local region for delivery. I have made every effort to support him with no luck..... And thx for the negative feedback!
