She sends me a faulty item that has a dig in it so it wasn’t fit to go on the cake and then because the party has finished I said it’s okay you can do another set for my other child instead of getting a refund and she claims that she would only do the topper, but I paid for a whole set Where is your customer service lady? You’ve already made a mess so rectify it and appease the customer.
