Even a simple 'Fragile' and/or 'Do Not Bend' sticker might lower the real danger of future sales being damaged in transit.

I asked them to tell me the weight of the total delivery and they replied 15g, which I verified was the total weight of the envelope and paperwork they sent me on my scales. They stole from me and insinuated that I lied to them.
