    What actually happened, the buyer had it for over a week, broke it, told me it was poor packaging even though the Evri proof of postage picture showed it perfectly fine on arrival. I offered to send the return postage label for a refund when received back then no reply from the buyer, so wants to keep it and wants a refund....hmmmmm, weird
