This seller was outstanding, stayed on top of the shipping until it got delivered! 5 stars!! Product was excellent!! August is a challenging month for shipments, as many employees are on vacation & carriers often operate slowly. I have been in communication with the customer and am actively assisting him with his order. The shipment was delayed in customs for one week, not a month, and now its in his local region for delivery. I have made every effort to support him with no luck..... And thx for the negative feedback!
