      Replacement Samsung Galaxy S 10.1

      Cons first: When first installed the pad would not turn on. Charged for 10 hours, then pad turned on but only showed 5% charged. Wondered if it was actually a Samsung original as the label was slightly different and manufactured in China not Korea as on original. The battery pack screw holes did not fully line up with those on the pad and had to be slightly opened up so the screws could be inserted. Manufacture date was January 2017 so must have been sitting on the "shelf" for nearly 2 years. Pros: I put the battery through four discharge and long recharge cycles and now it seems fine. In fact the Samsung Galaxy pad is transformed back to original performance. The hardest part of the installation is getting the case apart. Be sure the ribbon cables are fully into the connectors too!

      I thought it would be a poor imitation but it seems to be a genuine spare part that is working very well. It was delivered within 36 hours of being ordered which I thought was very good.
