    A real page-turner if ever there was one!

    The Alchemist's Secret is the first book of the Ben Hope series; the fact that Ben Hope 18 is due out next month is evidence enough of the ingenuity of Mariani to keep his readership wanting more. A real page-turner which well deserves these 5 stars!
