      My purchase of a teddy bear gold charm has not been delivered. I have been in touch with the seller, who has been keeping me up to date with the service from Royal Mail . I have been told that the mail service the seller used has told the seller that if I have not received my charm by 15th March then my item is considered lost ,even though my seller used tracked postage. My seller has been very apologetic and will refund my money. I can't not put any blame on my seller postal service at fault.
