After 3 weeks, I then received a notification that I had to pay £3.10 as the sender did not pay the full postage...! I have to say this is the worst buying experience I have had since using eBay for over 20 years. The sellers response times were, on average 3-4 days.

They then relisted the item I wanted, and expected me to purchase it again in order to receive the correct item, while waiting for me to return the incorrect item before receiving a refund for that. What they should have done was send the correct item immediately to make up for their error. The communication was minimal and reliant on the customer doing all the work to resolve the their own error.
