Buyer beware on this one I would not buy from this seller again.

After several weeks back and forth of trying to follow up the seller for an exchange, I agreed to a partial refund that was offered for $15. The other option they provided was to arrange my own return shipping and provide my PayPal Details to reimburse the shipping costs (which is not recommended by eBay). I never received the Partial refund and was not satisfied with the service or condition of the item I purchased.
