    The picture was different slightly to what was delivered. Online it showed as having a badge on the front received ones didn't have badge, but bags matched described size. It was a 3 piece set but only 2 arrived. On contacting seller and discussing shortage I was sent missing piece. The parcels were very well packaged so no chance of damage in transit. Quality of product very good well made. Would buy from this seller again

    Item was defective – had a an oil stain on the very top surface and was received so wrinkled that it would never look anything like the image in the listing. I contacted seller and asked for a return and was unable to get them to send me a prepaid shipping label as promised in the listing. had to ask eBay to step in to help and still did not get a prepaid shipping label as promised. Buyer beware on this one I would not buy from this seller again.

    My chair cover arrived damaged due to poor packaging. After several weeks back and forth of trying to follow up the seller for an exchange, I agreed to a partial refund that was offered for $15. The other option they provided was to arrange my own return shipping and provide my PayPal Details to reimburse the shipping costs (which is not recommended by eBay). I never received the Partial refund and was not satisfied with the service or condition of the item I purchased.
