    Red Velvet Cake is not red velvet cake without McCormick's Red food coloring! It's the best!

    Red Velvet Cake is not Red Velvet Cake without red food coloring. The recipe calls for three tablespoons of red food coloring. Instead of fooling around with the little bottles at the grocery store, I just get this 16 oz. bottle. Practically tasteless, a wonderful color in the finished product.I've tried other brands; however, the have a chemical taste.

    This is a must have if you are a home chef or cook

    I saw a commercial on tv and it stated that some other red food dye comes from a specific red bug. I looked for the name in the ingredients and IT DOES NOT have the ingredient. I was so happy about that. Don't buy cheap food coloring because you might just be getting something you don't want to eat.
