Wonderful product!
I used this on my new Brooks leather bicycle saddle, which are notorious for being super stiff and uncomfortable when new, with wonderful results..... Especially important to apply several times to the underside of the saddle also. Also used on my leather bar wraps. The saddle is much softer and more comfortable after just a couple weeks and several rides. This stuff worked much better and faster than their recommended "Proofhide", which I used on previous Brooks saddles. It also brings out a very nice luster on the leather. Leather honey put to the test
So I used this product on my louis vuitton bags. Needless to say yes I took a huge risk doing this but I am neither happy or sad with the end results. The handles on my bags were a bit dry so I applied this product to them and I didn't really see any difference with them (color wise or overall conditioned wise) looks like I will keep on my search to find the best product for leather bags like mine. Good stuff for the right shoe
I'll make this short and sweet.. First, the bad - The honey made my cowboy boots darker which wasn't necessarily a bad thing, just wasn't expecting it to be that dark. That said, they do say that it will return to regular color over time. Now, the good - The honey restored life back into my tan Allen Edmonds dress shoes, they look like NEW all over again! Revitalize the tawse
Not that the tawse is to be used, but might as well be in ideal shape just in case. The leather honey brought back the life in theleather, making it more pliable and flexible. Perfect to reduce and minimize dryness and brittleness of leather!!
I bought the product to condition the leather of an old strap with a string of 29 horse sleigh bells, which I purchased through eBay. After cleaning the leather, I applied the Honey Leather Conditioner on 2 separate occasions. The leather has become markedly softer and showing less dryness and brittleness. Fantastic for vintage leather jackets
I got my 28 year old American made leather motorcycle jacket out of storage instead of buying a far lesser quality new one. It was kind of stiff and dried out. I poured lines of Leather Honey onto the jacket and rubbed it in by hand, the leather really soaked the product up. I let it set 24 hours and repeated the heavy application and setting overnight. Combined heavy applications used half of the bottle. The jacket is now bright black, soft and looks retro fantastic! I have been wearing it for a week and I'll repeat the Leather Honey process one more time. I am very impressed with Leather Honey and I am glad I chose this product. Excellent product to have for all genuine leather products.
"Leather honey" works well for my black shoes and my leather coat. I used the product as instructed and let set for over night. Thereafter shining and buffing my shoes. This product pulled the wrinkles out and has an everlasting gloss. The good thing about it is you do not need much. This product is pricey but well worth the buy. Quality and top of the line. Finally, I would suggest using a dime size smear on shoes or leather products other than black. This product can change the color tremendously. Old vest
I used the products on an old bike vest I had, over time the leather had become dried and looked like it was turning white in the grain of the leather. I tried several other products but they only hid the damage. After generously applying the conditioner and letting it sit on the vest for a week. It has restored the leathers look and feel. It looked horrible until the oil got absorbed into the leather then the magic happened...its like new again... Love this stuff.
