EVGA - total winner - worth of the price. Plenty extras and each of them useful.

I had had and evaluated EVGA, Inno3D and XFX cards, all top models, max features, max fans. EVGA FTW3, XFX, Inno3D X4 Ultra cards, and that is my order of preference because: EVGA is winner closly followed by XFX. 3 big fast fans create lots of air flow just as it should be since performance totally depends how much GPU throttles. Overclocking also depends on cooling, so same story here. Each of these cards have identical GPU model, and identical Micron memory, so even overclocking has same capability on each card - if cooled properly. One more thing: Inno3D X2 is actually a great card, and a cheap one, by adding strong fan on top of the card it makes that card overclockable and very close to others, but mounting extra fans is totally different story, it's a mod. I use Chieftec case ...

Although the GPU works there was a big blob of something that looked like was spilt over the card and was just left. I had to strip it down to clean it off which wasn’t easy. This should have been noted in the description!

  • A very worthy upgrade from older cards...

Bought due to a lack of 3070 / 3080 stock in my area, this was an upgrade from a 980Ti. I'm incredibly impressed. While it lacks the features of newer models (DLSS) and really struggles with RTX enabled, if you're prepared to sacrifice those then at 1440p (for me at least) it can deliver fantastic performance while keeping detail settings on 'high' even in demanding or poorly optimised games like RDR2 and Cyberpunk. At 4K I think it may struggle to maintain pace AND max detail so you might have to compromise on one or the other. I've not noticed my card make *any* noise and heat output seems fine too. Until stock levels for the 3000 series normalise, I'd absolutely recommend this card.

  • Best GPU in its range!!

What an absolute beast of a GPU. Also runs super cool so the performance is constant! Incredible purchase.
