When I contacted the ebay seller about this, they very quickly offered to send another unit, and send pictures in advance confirming that the packaging would be more than adequate. In due course the replacement unit arrived, packed meticulously this time, and in perfect condition. Great service and communication!!!

Even the box that my item was shipped in was well packed with cushion - so impressed. This comment covers (3) model plane orders that arrived in separate boxes, together. All planes arrived in EXCELLENT condition, great quality and value!
