Reviews"MADE OF RAIN brought into focus the band’s gifts for twin saxophone-and-guitar attack, impressionistic lyrics and the wonderfully sardonic delivery of frontman Richard Butler.", "'Don’t Believe' takes a brief serrated dip into post-punk, while 'Come All Ye Faithful' swerves toward something more like industrial cabaret, sinuous horns fluttering atop wildly distorted guitars and rasping percussion."
Additional InformationThe new wave icons' first album in decades is an impressively huge-sounding modern rock record bolstered by Richard Butler's timeless vocals.

  • the Furs' trademark sound but less edgy

Much of the Furs' trademark sound but less edgy with age perhaps, and no saxophone or tunes that truly stick with the listener like with their sideline bad Love Spit Love. Still its a welcome return after 20 years absence
