Delivery was quick and it came in the original Bluetti boxes (box within a box) with all the original accessories.

I contacted Bluetti who explained that there was a drop-down on the listing to add the solar panels, which I missed because I was going by the written description and the photograph of the package deal. Bluetti apologised, offered me £20 off an additional purchase of the solar panels.
