      Alan is an excellent seller!! I had asked him to pack the items well because I received damaged goods. He responded immediately and kept his promise!! He packed the plates in a double reinforced package protected by bubbles and polystyrene thicknesses. Externally the package had some small damage but the plates arrived safe and sound!!!
