    Had to open a return due to dvds being badly damaged in transit. Seller supportive and swift to respond and after I returned the package the refund came without issue. Very frustrating as the set of six dvds were only packaged in a thin jiffy bag which got ripped when package was crushed. Ordered on 11th Dec, arrived on 23rd Dec . Due to post office being closed the return process was slowed down. Refunded on 2nd Jan 25. The Seller was apologetic and professional at a very busy time of year.
