I contacted the seller on 24 May as there was no indication it been mailed (no tracking no). I repeatedly emailed for the tracking and was assured it had been sent. Today I finally received the tracking number today 6 June (after 7 emails to them) which indicates they only started the process yesterday and it is yet to even be shipped.     Great little stool

    Bought several little collapsible stools over the years and have been happy with them. This design is an improvement. It is very sturdy and slightly larger. I specially like the new pop-up handle that comes up from the center for easy carrying. Would definitely recommend this stool.

    Small with 200lb weight limit

    The stepstool is ok, but smaller then expected. The stepstool has a 200lb weight limit, so larger people should consider a different stepstool. The stepstool stands 9 inches off the ground. If you are a shorter person, the stepstool may not be tall enough for you to reach higher places. For me, the stepstool didn't work, but for you it might be ok or it might not.

    A SMALL STEP FOR PEOPLEKIND

    Used it right out of the box. Easy to set up. Just high enough for the "just out of reach" items. Sturdy enough to comfortably hold a 5'10", 185# woman. Will be getting a few more as gifts and one for the car. Will be helpful for my older friends who think the SUV, without the retractable step, is a little difficult to get into.

    Super easy to use with just one hand

    I have 10.5 foot ceilings in a small apt with a lot of shelves. Obviously, this won't get me to the top shelf, but for what it does do, it is excellent. You can get it out and open with one hand. Same for closing. Lightweight but sturdy. Love how functional and quick/easy it is. If only the rest of my practical needs were this easily solved, lol.

    Asian Wife Uses This As a Stool

    My wife also takes this to Filipino tailgate parties where they squat as they eat pancit noodles, egg rolls, and blood stew -eeew. And it can easily handle my 230 pounds of lard as I change out light bulbs. The coolest thing is that it folds quickly and thin enough to fit in the space between my front teeth.
