The item was reasonably priced and this made it a great value to me. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Bit expensive, but was for a triple chainset which is very hard to find, so relatively happy. Local bike shop installed, and have used it for a couple of rides and so far worked really well. As purchasing from UK, was a little worried, but this arrived within expected time, and was packaged sufficiently well. So overall very pleased.

To my surprise there was a HAND written note inside from seller unheard of in this Day & Age when people can't even write their own Name THANK YOU FOR THAT!! WOULD PURCHASE FROM THI
