      Bought this camera, got delivered quickly. My car was taken to the garage, mechanic had communication issues with the seller. The seller wouldn't respond for hours, turns out the seller forgot to post a main part of the camera so my car was stuck in the garage for nearly two days. I had to pay £120 labour and the mechanic was unable to do the camera without the lead. Asked seller for a refund but only refunded me £25 towards the labour fees, seller kept blaming the mechanic.

      First of all i did make a mistake and sent the part out on a 24 hour next day delivery,It was a mistake and it was sorted quickly,The only communication issue was the mechanic responding to me quickly,The mechanic had never fitted a reverse camera before,He didn't even know how to attach a cable to the reverse light! I also spent a lot of time going through how to activate the camera with him,I offered you £25 a gesture of good will towards the install,£120 for the complete install is reasonable
