Heavy item came free from its envelope inside the package and fortunately was contained by additional firm soft packing material. Also item was in an envelope (which split open) stapled to a card. Staples don't belong anywhere near a scratchable item. Happy with the item and it did arrive undamaged in the end despite 'iffy' packaging.
