    The Seller called me directly within a few hours to let me know that the Shower Head Holder would not be with him for a few weeks. He offered to refund the money right away if that's what I wanted or, he had others that he could send that were very similar and would fit the shower riser rail. He even spent time to discuss my options. Good customer service. People do still need to talk not just wait "for the next available operator". Top marks from me.
