    Amazing book for people starting off with no cookery skills

    Bought one for my daughter 10 years ago, when she was 17, starting with just basic simple cooking, it helped her become the confident cook that she is today, so we purchased one for our foster child who will be leaving us to live independently, hopefully it will help him in the same way, he loves the book and is already looking to start making things from it. Even I have learned how to do things from it.

    Best basic cookbook ever!!
