The doll came in the exact state that it was described but I do have to mention that it was a great surprise that this was a Pleasant Company American Girl Molly Mcintire. The seller went out of their way to ask me if I still wanted the doll when they noticed a slight pull in her skirt which was great customer service. This was an excellent deal for the shape the doll was in. Thank you!

      This chocolate pot is beautiful but came in damaged through no fault of the seller. It was securely packaged with bubble wrap but still got chipped badly. It looked like FedEx dropped it really hard. Unfortunately FedEx refused any responsibilities even though I provided all the pictures of the box, packaging and damaged chocolate pot. So the seller ended up reimbursing me out of her own pocket. Shame on FedEx.
