      Gave it 5 stars because the condition and appearance of the shoes was exactly as described and pictured. However the shoe laces were aftermarket and not original laces from Hoka which are a blue that matches the upper fabric, and Hoka laces are not flat and unlike many other laces they stay tied. I let the seller know and received a refund amount that allowed me to purchase laces that better matched the shoe. Overall happy with the transaction and would do business with this seller again.
