    The item I received was a tester bottle ( it had a tester sticker on the side of the bottle) however it did not show a pic of this or say so in the listing. Also it smelt unusual, not like any Chanel Gabrielle lotion I've had before. I contacted the seller who said I could return for full refund, which I did. Seller refunded in full even though they said all they received in the post was an empty jiffy bag as I hadn't sealed it properly!.
