Bought for 1500w e bike . Direct drive motor
Big motors severely limit space . Only just space for 6speed. This Deraileur hangs low. The pivot point is below the mounting point. Bad for grass .and prone to bending the mount point on the bike frame. But good for big rear sprocket or stupidly big motors. And when the pivot gets a little sloppy there's less chance of it fouling the wheel. I did have to grind a little bit off the ends of the pulley sprocket bolts. To get clearance to get up to 1st gear. Standard Installing and adjusting is is super easy . I'm used to working with knackered components. Bnib stuff is nicely predictable. Not much going on in the fancy materials department .you can tell if it's in its box or not . Efforts have been made to make it look better than second cheapest gear range Shimano make. But I turned out that all my spare ones were on the verge of doing the Shimano special wobble so much that that only stay on half the gears and threaten to jump through the spokes if not replaced soon.

Quick & easy to fit and set up fine adjustments
Great value and quick / easy to fit. Had previously replaced my old one with a Decathlon Btwin job which only lasted for about 10 outings before a plastic part sheared off. This Shimano deraileur is metal and much better quality for about the same price. It's early days yet, but I am very happy with the way it operates and the fine adjustments are easy to get it working just right.

Wide range and works accurately
As an upgrade for both range of gears (to fit a bigger freewheel or cassette) and quality of gear shifts, compared with the more basic 7-speed rear dérailleur supplied with the bike it's now on -- recommended. Not difficult to fit and adjust. This isn't top-of-the-range kit, but it works very well. Too soon to know how long it will last before wear and weather overtake it.

It is a replacement for one that has worn out the last one lasted for 2 years I hope this one lasts a little longer. I do not recommend it as I don't know how long it's going to last. I can say it arreved on time is easy to fit and is working well.
