The damage was partially (though not entirely) shown in the photos provided in the item’s listing. When I bought the item, I did not notice this. The item description stated that the DVD was in ‘very good’ condition, which is not consistent with the significant damage to the DVD case. I contacted the seller about this. They apologized, and stated that the ‘damage must have occurred during transit’.
