      The chair is great and it is a real shame that I needed to open a case with ebay after receiving no communication from the seller regarding delivery after waiting a week. However, as I have said, the chair is great, even better than described, so overall I'm pleased with my purchase. May well have been a busy time for the seller but just dropping me a line to say "sorry for the delay" would have been so much better than total silence!
