    Technology today is amazing!

    I didn't even know about this technology until a few weeks ago when my son told me about them. I have more than one laptop/PC and have been trying to download programs on to each one for my work, however some will only allow you to do that a few times, and over the years I have used those downloads up. My son said, 'Mum, download them to this hard drive just the once and you can use it from here instead of the downloads.' I couldn't believe it! I have used memory sticks of course, but they are so small (memory) that something like that probably wouldn't work, so to find this with 1 TB in it was to me amazing. I am 73, and I make and update/manage websites (since 98) using Dreamweaver/HTML, and so I need my DW/Paint Shop Pro/Publisher. Now they are all on this beautiful little red ...

    SSD Hard drive

    I had the old style external hard drive which required a power source .These SSD versions are quicker and just plug straight into a laptop or a smart tv .Not long ago these were very expensive,but now,they are affordable.Great for storing pictures.
