    The parcel did not arrive and I had 2 messages from the seller telling me why he would not send the product again because there're dishonest buyers out there. Full refund was issued to me on 8 June 2025. The post office send me a card on 12 June 2025 asking me to pay unpaid postage for a parcel sent to me from London. Maybe this is the "missing" parcel? I did not claim the parcel. It may be easier for the customer if the seller puts enough postal to send their parcels in the first place.

    This feedback is completely unfounded and detrimental. The item was posted at the Post Office counter, weighed and processed by staff - I have the receipt as proof. She ignored all my messages, never mentioned the Royal Mail card and chose not to collect. I issued a full refund despite losing both the item and postage. Blaming me for Royal Mail’s error without communication is unacceptable. After 21+ years of 100% positive feedback, this reflects far more on her irresponsibility than on me. ✅
