    Sky Q Hub Wireless Router ER115UK

    Using it as an access point. Mine came without the sticker, so to connect to it you need to 1st push the WPS button and then connect by WPS with your phone under "Advanced" Wi-Fi. From there go to 192.168.0.1 (or the address indicated in your Wifi connection info) to write down WIFI security key. When prompted, default username is admin, password: sky. Then, under LAN /IP you should assign a static IP to your routher that falls in the range of your main router, such as 192.168.x.102 and disable DHCP. It is ALSO crucial that you disable IPV6 DHCP from a separate settings tab or else only your ethernet connections will work. The device is good and sturdy and the power brick comes with a long cable.     Sky Q router.

    I was having problems with my old sky hub that I’ve had for 4+ years. Constantly dropping the WiFi signal or only getting 2-3 mbps on a fibre contract. Connected the Sky Q router up and straight away speeds of 28-29 mbps. Vast improvement on the old sky hub which really should be taken out of circulation by Sky and replaced with this far superior bit of kit.

    Upgrade your old one with this Router.

    I like the look of this Router. My old Sky Hub only used 10/100mbps Ethernet and because I was given Sky Fiber Max for free from Standard fiber I had for 3 yrs-ish. I wanted faster thoughtput for Ethernet only. I use a Orbi WiFi Mest network router.
