One stanchion on the yellow flatcar was broken (easily repairable). I contacted the seller, explaining my issue. They responded saying that my "feedback has been escalated to the dispatch manager for further action." Positive feedback, despite the packaging issue. Delivery was quick, and reasonably priced. Customer service was polite, prompt and helpful.
