      Item arrived damaged. It was packaged very well. When I reached out to inform the seller, I was informed "yea, that sometimes happens during shipping". There is no doubt after interaction with seller, they had to be aware of damage & sold it anyway. The listing had no damage mentioned. Avoid this seller.

      Item was sold in the original, unopen, sealed packaging and multiple pictures were provided to inform the buyer what item they will actually be receiving (not stock photos). The buyer did received a discount on the item from the original price. During communication with the buyer, the buyer resorted to name calling. At that point, I stop communicating with the buyer and inform eBay support. I do appreciate the buyer sharing a positive comment about how well the package was sent.
